Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Day 4:

This is my favorite slow cooker breakfast ever!  I put it in the slow cooker before I go to bed and I wake up the next morning to an aroma of delicious cinnamon and apples. This is a healthy, tasty, and hearty breakfast that will be loved by everyone, especially kids.  It is warm, creamy, and slightly sweet with tender pieces of apple, plenty of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla.  It is super easy! I am sure this slow cooker apple cinnamon oatmeal will surely become a family favorite.


Ingredients:

2 gala apples peeled and diced

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pure vanilla

2 cups rolled oats

5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

 

Directions:

Place diced apples in the bottom of your greased (I sprayed with coconut oil) 3 quart slow cooker.

Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla on apples.

Add rolled oats to slow cooker.

Set on low for 7-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.

  1. Use 3 quart slow cooker.
