Slow Cooker Bananas Foster

This is the easiest slow cooker dessert you will ever make.  Bananas foster are such a decadent and delicious dessert and now super simple by throwing everything together in just a few minutes. Serve over vanilla ice cream and you will have the perfect summer treat that everyone will love.


Ingredients

6 fresh bananas, cut into 1 inch slices

1⁄2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup rum
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Peel, cut, and place bananas in a 4 quart slow cooker.

In a measuring cup mix melted butter, brown sugar, rum, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Pour mixture over bananas in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
