I saw this recipe in a cooking magazine a long time ago. I remember making it and everyone loving it, so here is an easy peasy dessert.
1 3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup greek yogurt
1/8 Bisquick baking mix
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Mix all batter ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed.
Mix all topping ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Add half of batter into slow cooker.
Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture on top.
Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping.
Cover slow cooker.
Cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Carefully take cake out of slow cooker and place onto a plate.
Make glaze in small sauce pan and drizzle over cake.
