Slow Cooker Easy Salsa

Ingredients:
10 Roma tomatoes, halved
1 medium yellow onion, quartered
2 jalapeños, deseeded, sliced
2 Serrano peppers, deseeded, sliced
1 pasilla pepper deseeded, sliced
4 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 3 limes
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Place tomatoes, onion, jalapeño peppers, Serrano peppers, pasilla pepper, and garlic to a 4 quart slow cooker.

Cover and set on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Uncover and add cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Using an immersion blender or a regular blender, purée the ingredients to desired consistency.
Serve with your favorite chips.

  2. Place tomatoes, onion, jalapeño peppers, Serrano peppers, pasilla pepper, and garlic to a 4 quart slow cooker.
  3. Cover and set on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Uncover and add cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Notes
  1. Use a 4 quart slow cooker for best results.
